Ming Chi University of Technology, College of Management and Design, is recruiting1-2 full-time or project-based teachers.

  1. Qualifications: Applicants should have the ability to publish in SSCI, SCI, TSSCI, and EI journals and be able to cooperate with the administrative, teaching, and research activities of our college. Candidates with at least one year of industry experience are preferred and should meet one of the following conditions
    1. Expertise in intelligent operations, digital marketing, or business management. Priority will be given to candidates who can teach in English.
    2. Expertise in financial technology (FINTECH), innovative finance, financial management, and accounting. Priority will be given to candidates who can teach in English.

  1. Required documents:
    1. Personal background information, including contact address, phone number, email address, and photo.
    2. Detailed educational background.
    3. Summary of highest degree thesis.
    4. Publications and research projects from the past five years.
    5. Research development direction and ideas for the next five years.
    6. Academic achievements, teaching subjects taught previously, and teaching evaluations.
    7. Contact information for two referees in a similar field.
    8. Autobiography and any other relevant background information.
