1. Starting Date: August 1, 2024

2. Qualifications:

   - Hold a Ph.D. degree in a relevant field from a domestic or international university recognized by the Ministry of Education.

   - Proficient in English and capable of conducting international academic exchange activities.

   - Qualification as a professor or associate professor is preferred (not mandatory).

   - Prior experience in the semiconductor industry is advantageous (not mandatory).

3. Specialization: Semiconductor materials, semiconductor processes, and related fields.

4. Required Documents:

   - Curriculum vitae (including contact address, phone number, email address, recent photo, research expertise, and publication list).

   - Autobiography.

   - Copy of graduation certificate.

   - Undergraduate and graduate transcripts.

   - Brief introduction of the highest degree thesis, outstanding academic achievements, or representative works.

   - Future research directions and concepts.

   - List of courses that can be taught and course outlines (related to semiconductor courses).

   - Other supporting documents for evaluation (certifications, award proofs, industry experience proofs, etc.).

   - Recommendation letters from two referees in a similar field and their contact information.
