Ming Chi University of Technology, College of Management and Design, is currently recruiting 2-3 full-time or project-based faculty members.

 

I. Qualifications:

Applicants should have the ability to publish in SSCI, SCI, TSSCI, EI, or related journals, and be able to collaborate in the administration, teaching activities, and research promotion of the department. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of industry experience and meet one of the following conditions:

   1. Expertise in smart operations, digital marketing, or related business management fields, with a preference for those who can teach in English.

   2. Expertise in financial technology, smart finance, financial management, or accounting, with a preference for those who can teach in English.

II. Required Documents:

1. Personal Background Information (including):

   - Contact address, phone number, email address, and photo

   - Detailed academic and professional background

   - Brief introduction of the highest degree thesis

   - Publications and research plans in the last five years

   - Research and development directions and concepts for the next five years

   - Academic achievements, teaching subjects, and teaching assessments

   - Contact information of two recommenders in a related field

   - Autobiography and other relevant background information

2. Copies of academic and professional certificates

IV. Additional Information:

   1. Start Date: August 1, 2024 (Republic of China 113).

   2. About one week after the application deadline, interviews will be arranged for successful candidates.
