Faculty Position Opening – One Full-Time Position

  1. Position Start Date
    • February 1, 2026
  2. Qualifications
    • A Ph.D. in a relevant field from a domestic or international institution recognized by the Ministry of Education.
    • Proficiency in English and Chinese instruction and the ability to participate in international academic exchanges.
    • Holding the rank of professor or associate professor is preferred. (but not mandatory)
    • Industry experience in the semiconductor sector is preferred. (but not required)
  3. Areas of Expertise
    • Semiconductor materials, semiconductor processes, energy technologies, net-zero carbon emissions, or related fields.
  4. Application Materials
    • Curriculum Vitae (must include contact address, phone number, email, recent photo, areas of research expertise, and a list of publications).
    • Autobiography.
    • Copy of academic diplomas.
    • Transcripts from undergraduate and graduate studies.
    • Summary of doctoral dissertation, major academic achievements, or representative publications.
    • Statement of future research plans and development goals.
    • List of courses you are qualified to teach, along with corresponding syllabi (focused on semiconductor-related subjects).
    • Supporting documents such as professional licenses, awards, certificates of industry experience, etc.
    • Two letters of recommendation from experts in relevant fields, including their contact information.
