The office was established in 1964 with the aim of promoting a sound, fair, and just personnel regulatory system in accordance with laws and regulations related to employment. It is dedicated to serving all the faculty and staff members of the university by fostering a customer-oriented service philosophy and harmonious interpersonal relationships. In response to the changes and challenges in both internal and external environments, we actively plan professional development training for the human resources, faculty, and staff members to enhance the quality and efficiency of administrative services, thereby achieving the development goals of the university.

8. Handle the benefits, retirement, consolation, severance, and extended service of faculty and staff members.
9. Oversee the rewards, punishments, and performance evaluations of faculty and staff members.
10. Manage insurance and pension funds for faculty and staff members.
11. Handle matters related to employment, resignation, and service certification.
12. Manage the annual budget, procurement, and assets.
13. Handle mid-term and long-term planning affairs.
14. Administer the affairs of the Faculty Evaluation Committee.
15. Plan the personnel budget.
16. Manage the attendance and salary matters of faculty and staff members.
17. Coordinate the professional development, training, leave, and overseas travel of faculty and staff members.
