- Manage insurance and pension funds for faculty and staff members.
- Handle matters related to employment, resignation, and service certification.
- Manage the annual budget, procurement, and assets.
- Handle mid-term and long-term planning affairs.
- Administer the affairs of the Faculty Evaluation Committee.

- Draft employment contracts for contract personnel.
