  5. Oversee the rewards, punishments, and performance evaluations of faculty and staff members.
  6. Manage insurance and pension funds for faculty and staff members.
  7. Handle matters related to employment, resignation, and service certification.
  8. Manage the annual budget, procurement, and assets.
  9. Handle mid-term and long-term planning affairs.
  10. Administer the affairs of the Faculty Evaluation Committee.
  11. Plan the personnel budget.

  6. Maintain the database for the university's basic information.
  7. Manage the affairs related to contract personnel.
  8. Handle the matters related to Public Servant and Teacher Insurance for faculty and staff members.
  9. Conduct personnel recruitment operations.

  4. Handle the application procedure and group insurance for scholarship students (learning-type part-time assistants).
  5. Manage the matters related to labor insurance, health insurance, and retirement funds for part-time faculty.
  6. Draft employment contracts for contract personnel.
  7. Maintain and autonomously manage the webpage of Personnel Office.
  8. Handle temporary assignments.
