Ming Chi University of Technology, Department of Electronic Engineering, is seeking full-time or project faculty.

1. Positions Available: 1 (Assistant Professor or above, full-time or project-based)
2. Start Date: February 1, 2026
3. Qualifications:
   1. A doctoral degree in electronic or electrical engineering or related fields from a recognized institution, domestic or international.
   2. At least one year of cumulative professional work experience in the industry, as required by the Ministry of Education.
   3. Expertise in integrated circuit design, microelectronics, semiconductors, or information engineering.
   4. Ability to publish in SCI/SSCI journals is preferred.
   5. Experience of over one year in R&D at domestic or international research centers, universities, or industry is preferred.
   6. Ability to assist in executing industry-academia collaboration projects.
   7. Proficiency in teaching in English.
4. Required Documents:
   1. Resume and personal statement (must include detailed educational and work experience, mailing address, contact phone number, email, recent photo, research expertise, and publication list).
   2. Copy of doctoral degree certificate (for foreign degrees, a verification copy from the relevant overseas office is required).
   3. Copy of certificate for assistant professor or above (if not available, this can be omitted).
   4. Summary of personal R&D achievements and future research directions, along with relevant evidence.
   5. Copies of two representative publications that align with one of the specified areas of expertise.
   6. List of SCI/SSCI journal publications (including journal rankings).
   7. Transcripts (including undergraduate and graduate levels) and other documents helpful for review (such as implementation of Ministry of Science and Technology projects, industry projects, awards, patents, work certificates, etc.).

5. Related Benefits:
   1. The university provides a maximum research start-up fund of NT$1.2 million and offers better salaries and benefits than public universities (such as research bonuses, project-related subsidies, medical discounts at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, etc.).
   2. New faculty will have a reduced basic teaching load of 6 hours per semester in the first year.
