Ming Chi University of Technology, Department of Business Administration, is seeking one full-time faculty member.

  1. Qualification Requirements: Candidates must have the ability to publish in relevant journals such as SSCI, SCI, TSSCI, EI, and be able to cooperate with the department's teaching activities and research initiatives. Candidates should have at least one year of industry experience and possess the ability for industry-academia collaboration, meeting at least one of the following criteria: (1) Expertise in digital transformation, smart operations, digital marketing, data analysis, or general management, with a preference for those who can teach in English. (2) Expertise in fintech, smart finance, financial management, or accounting, with a preference for those who can teach in English.
