Ming Chi University of Technology, College of Management and Design, is seeking to recruit 1-2 full-time or project-based faculty members in the field of management.

一、 Qualifications:

Applicants must have publication experience in SSCI, SCI, TSSCI, EI, or related journals and be able to support the administrative, teaching, and research activities of the department. Candidates with at least one year of industry experience must meet one of the following criteria:

- Expertise in **digital transformation, intelligent operations, digital marketing, or big data AI** and related business management fields. Those capable of teaching in English will be prioritized.

- Expertise in **fintech, intelligent finance, financial management, or accounting**. Those capable of teaching in English will be prioritized.

二、 Required Documents:

1. Personal background information, including the following:

- Detailed academic and work history

- Summary of your highest degree thesis

- List of publications and research projects from the past five years

- Future research development plans and concepts for the next five years

- Academic achievements, subjects taught, and teaching evaluations
