Faculty Recruitment Announcement (Full-Time or Project-Based)

I. Positions Available:

2 positions (Full-Time or Project-Based Assistant Professor and above)

II. Appointment Date:

August 1, 2025

III. Qualifications:

1. Hold a Ph.D. degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields recognized by the Ministry of Education (Taiwan).
2. Accumulate at least one year of industry experience (full-time or part-time) as required by the Ministry of Education.
3. Specialize in integrated circuit design, microelectronics, semiconductors, or information engineering.
4. Proven ability to publish in SCI/SSCI journals is highly desirable.
5. A minimum of one year of research experience in domestic/international research centers, academic institutions, or industry is a plus.
6. Ability to support and execute industry-academia collaboration projects.
7. Proficiency in English for teaching purposes.

IV. Required Documents:

1. Resume and Personal Statement (must include detailed academic and professional history, mailing address, contact phone number, email address, a recent photo, research specialties, and a publication list).
2. Copy of Ph.D. degree certificate (foreign degrees must include authenticated copies verified by overseas embassies or missions).
3. Copy of Assistant Professor or higher certification (if available).
4. Summary of research and development achievements and future research plans with supporting evidence.
5. Copies of two representative publications relevant to the specified fields of expertise.
6. List of SCI/SSCI journal publications, including journal rankings.
7. Copies of academic transcripts (undergraduate and graduate levels) and other supporting documents (e.g., Ministry of Science and Technology projects, industry projects, awards, patents, or employment certificates).
8. Consent form for the collection of personal data (refer to the attached file).

V. Benefits:

2. Reduced teaching load for the first year: 6 hours per semester.
