Ming Chi University of Technology's College of Management and Design is seeking 1-2 full-time or project-based faculty in management.

  1. Qualifications: Candidates must have the ability to publish in relevant journals such as SSCI, SCI, TSSCI, or EI, and be able to support the administration, teaching activities, and research initiatives of the college. Candidates should have at least one year of industry experience and the ability to collaborate with industry. They must meet at least one of the following criteria: (1) Expertise in digital transformation, smart operations, digital marketing, big data AI, or general management, with preference given to those who can teach in English. (2) Expertise in financial technology, smart finance, financial management, or accounting, with preference given to those who can teach in English.
  2. Application Materials:
    1. Personal background information (including the following items): (1) Mailing address, contact phone number, email address, and photo (2) Detailed academic and work experience (3) Summary of the highest degree thesis (4) Publications and research plans from the past five years (5) Research and development direction and ideas for the next five years (6) Notable academic achievements, subjects taught, and teaching evaluations (7) Contact information for two referees in related fields (8) Autobiography and any other information helpful for understanding the applicant's background
    2. Copies of academic and professional credentials

    1. Start date: February 1, 2026, or August 1, 2026.
