Ming Chi University of Technology's College of Management and Design is seeking 1-2 project-based or full-time faculty in design.

1. Qualifications: Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in a design-related field from a university recognized by the Ministry of Education, either domestically or internationally, or possess qualifications equivalent to an assistant professor or higher. They should have at least one year of industry work experience. Candidates must align with the university's educational philosophy and support the development of the college and department. They should have practical experience in areas such as visual communication design, AI image generation, AR/VR, app design, guiding or participating in international competitions, and interactive media design. Candidates with the ability to publish in relevant journals such as SSCI, SCI, TSSCI, or EI and who can teach in English will be given priority.
