3.【Responsibilities】

Develop lead-free perovskite thin films and explore their applications in Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) substrates.
Develop low-light energy-harvesting modules based on perovskite devices and advance their commercialization, technologies, and applications.
Develop and implement advanced thin-film encapsulation technologies to enhance the stability, reliability, and practical performance of organic and inorganic electronic devices.
Develop quantum dot synthesis technologies and energy conversion applications, focusing on research and technological development for green hydrogen production, energy storage systems, and smart healthcare engineering.

4.【Qualification】

Ph.D. degree.
Strong background in materials science, semiconductor technologies, and related fundamental principles, with hands-on experience in surface characterization, structural analysis, or related analytical techniques.
Applicants with academic backgrounds in Materials Science, Electronic Engineering, Photonics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related disciplines are preferred.
Demonstrated ability in research planning, project execution, interdisciplinary collaboration, and effective communication.
Highly motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a research team.
Demonstrated ability to publish high-quality research papers in SCI-indexed international journals.
Experience in government-funded research projects, industry–academia collaborations, or large-scale research programs is preferred.
