Ming Chi University of Technology's Department of Visual Communication Design is sincerely seeking 1-2 project teachers or full-time teachers.

  1. Qualifications: Applicants should hold a doctorate in design-related fields recognized by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan or abroad, and have at least one year of industry work experience. Candidates must align with the university's educational philosophy and cooperate with departmental and college development. Practical experience in visual communication design, web design, AI image generation, UI/UX, AR/VR, app design, interactive media design, and guidance or participation in international competitions is required. Ability to publish in SSCI, SCI, TSSCI, EI, and other relevant journals is preferred. Candidates who can teach in English will be given priority.
  2. Required Documents:
    1. Personal background information (including the following items): (1) Mailing address, contact phone number, email address, and photo (2) Detailed academic and work experience (3) Summary of the highest degree thesis (4) Publications and research plans from the last five years (5) Research and development direction and ideas for the next five years (6) Proposed course names and syllabi in Chinese and English (7) Autobiography (8) Other materials beneficial for review
    2. Copies of academic and work experience certificates

  4. Other Information:
    1. Start date: February 1, 2027.
    2. Interviews for successful candidates will be arranged about a week after the application deadline.
    3. Submitted materials will not be returned, regardless of whether the applicant passes the preliminary review.
