Ming Chi University is sincerely recruiting 2-3 full-time or project-based teachers for the Department of Business Administration.

1. Qualification Requirements: Applicants must possess (1) a doctoral degree or higher in business-related fields recognized by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan or abroad; (2) the ability to teach in English (EMI); (3) potential for publication in SSCI, SCI, TSSCI, EI, and other related journals; (4) the ability to align with the university's diligent and practical culture and attitude, supporting administrative, teaching, and research activities; (5) teachers from technical and vocational colleges must have at least one year of industry experience. Additional specialized qualifications sought:

(1) Expertise in fintech, smart finance, financial management, or accounting.

(2) Expertise in AI operations, digital marketing, or related business management fields.

(3) Experience in AI intelligence or related industries with expertise in business management.
