Ming Chi University of Technology, Department of Electrical Engineering, is sincerely recruiting full-time or project-based teachers.

Vacancies: Several positions (Assistant Professor or above, either full-time or project-based).

Start Date: February 1, 2027, or August 1, 2027.

Qualifications:

A Ph.D. degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields recognized by the Ministry of Education, either from domestic or foreign institutions.

At least one year of practical work experience in the industry, as required by the Ministry of Education (categories of practical experience include postdoctoral research, industry experience, executing industry-academia cooperation projects, and participating in training services at public or private institutions).

Expertise in areas such as power, renewable energy, energy storage systems, smart grids, 5G communications, smart control, and AI-related applications.

Ability to teach in English.

Capability to publish papers in SCI/SSCI journals.

Ability to execute industry-academia cooperation projects.

Related Rights:

The university offers a maximum research startup fund of 1.2 million NTD (1 million NTD for equipment and 200,000 NTD for consumables or personnel costs).

New teachers can reduce the basic teaching hours to 6 hours.
